Because I’ve gone through the journey myself while having a busy and stressful work life. But not only that, I dedicated a lot of time to learning more about nutrition and doing research finding the most effective and sustainable way to shed that body fat and finally feel happy with your physique by avoiding ¨yo yo¨ effects.
This is my motto because I know that one of the biggest challenges women face is comparing themselves to other women and wishing they had their body.
This is a big reason women can give up on their fitness goals because they set unrealistic goals by looking at other women’s bodies on social media and wanting the same physique. But not only that, this way of thinking makes you frustrated and doesn’t let you enjoy the process. In my plan you will not only learn how to improve your physique to what’s ideal for YOU specifically but we will also work on how to deal with challenges like this.
Since I was very young my dream has always been to help people. That’s why I decided to study in the medicine field (pharmacy). However, after doing this job for years I’ve felt that I wanted to make people feel healthier not just by managing their medicines.
I always felt like something was missing and I didn’t see peoples health to be improved just by medicines. I started learning a lot more about the power of nutrition and exercise in overall wellbeing and improving certain medical conditions and I also got inspired once I saw what effects nutrition and exercise had on me. All of this made me develop a huge passion for helping women not only be healthier physically but also mentally.
My experience as a pharmacist made me know how to listen to people’s problems and have the patience to advise them in the correct way. I have also done a lot of mental health consultations during the years and know how to help you address the stress and anxiety you may be experiencing.
